Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tinyed (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

2. Description of Service

Tinyed provides interactive digital activity books for children ages 3–6, including coloring, mazes, matching, connect-the-dots, word search, and pattern recognition activities. The Service also offers printable PDF worksheets and a parent dashboard for tracking children's learning progress.

3. Accounts and Parental Responsibility

Only parents or legal guardians may create accounts. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing verifiable parental consent before creating child profiles
• Ensuring your child uses the Service appropriately
• Supervising your child's use as you see fit

Free Tier

Family Plan

• Monthly: $6.99 per month
• Annual: $49.99 per year (save 40%)
• Unlimited activity books and PDF downloads
• Up to 4 child profiles
• Full progress dashboard, skills heatmap, and adaptive difficulty
• Screen time controls
• Priority access to new content

5. Free Trial

Both monthly and annual Family plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate. You may cancel the trial at any time from the subscription settings in your parent dashboard.

6. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each renewal with instructions to cancel.

To cancel auto-renewal: Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

7. Refund Policy

• 14-day refund window: If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge, contact us for a full, prorated refund.
• After 14 days: No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
• Annual plan early cancellation: No partial refunds for unused months after the 14-day window.
• Grace period: If payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period before your account is downgraded to the Free tier. We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times during this period.

To request a refund, email support@tinyed.com with your account email and reason.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use the Service for any purpose other than educational activities for children

10. Intellectual Property

All activity content, illustrations, sounds, and the Tiny the Owl mascot are owned by Tinyed or licensed to us. You may download and print PDF worksheets for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly share downloaded content.

Children's creative content (drawings, sticker scenes) remains the property of the child/parent. We claim no ownership rights over user-generated creative content.

11. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security patches. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinyed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all child data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits your right to seek injunctive relief in court.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
